Shipping & Exchange
All shoes are made to order in our factory in Porto S. Elpidio Italy and shipped directly to you from Italy via UPS or FedEx International Express. Typically delivery time is 6-8 weeks but occasionally there is additional time required if we need to wait for components. Please inform us of any address changes.
If your shoes do not fit, please contact customer service at heelme@enricocuini.com so we can either make adjustments to your shoes or if necessary make an entire new shoe with free return shipping. For shoes that have been customized, store credit is provided for the entire amount or a refund is issued minus the custom charges and shipping of $25. For shoes without customizations, refunds will be issued if the shoes are returned unworn and in resalable condition within 30 days minus a shipping and handling fee of $25.
